I cater to people who appreciate one of a kind Custom leather work. Normal down time for repairs is 1 week...if its an emergency I will repair while you shop on the Square. Turnaround time for a pair of custom boots is 20 months...turnaround time for a custom holster, chaps or a to die for Purse is 1 week. I do not do custom wallets or Bible Covers because most people who order these are a pain in the ass!
my shop is soo loud because of my Antiquated Equipment (that I Love) and the high volume activity. My darling husband famous master bootmaker Dean Dawson Mentors Me inbetween caring for our Texas Tornado Twin 4~year olds..My 2 Sons Kent and Sterling are learning to do repair work and make most of my already made items. I let them refurbish used boots that will be resold. (we are very green) :)
